You can now guarantee that your friends, family, customers, employees or anyone receives exactly what they want, the flexibility to choose their own gift. They can use the card to make purchases anywhere Maestro debit cards are accepted.
How does it work?
A GiftFlex® Gift Card is like any credit or debit card, but unlike credit or debit cards, the GiftFlex® Gift Card is prepaid*. The front of the card displays the Maestro mark, account number and expiry date. The back includes a magnetic stripe and a signature panel.
When the Gift Card recipient uses the card, the amount of the purchase is automatically deducted from the card's available balance. When the available balance is reduced to zero, the gift recipient can keep the card as a memento of your gift. If the card is lost or stolen with a balance remaining, the gift recipient can cancel the card and order a replacement.

How much does it cost?
The total cost is the amount you choose to give (in the United Kingdom from £10, in the rest of Europe from €10), plus any purchase & packaging fees. GiftFlex® Gift Cards are available from the Information Desk at your local participating shopping centre.
GiftFlex® Gift Card recipients can use their card immediately. They can check the remaining balance on this web site by clicking the tab at the top of this page. You can also check your balance at the Information Desk of your shopping centre.
